WHO ARE WE?

Founded in Philadelphia in 2008, Quince Productions, a 501(c)(3) company, is dedicated to presenting theatrical performances of all kinds that give voice to those who do not always have a voice--challenging stereotypes, provoking thought, and encouraging understanding.
Whether it's an LGBTQ+ festival like our critically-acclaimed GayFest! in Philadelphia; our long-running cabaret showcase "Full House: a Series of Cabarets"; a specially-commissioned world premiere like Daniel Talbott's "Mike and Seth," which explores deep, ongoing friendship between gay and straight men; a gender-bending children's show like Philip Dawkins' "Rodeo"; the hilarious and thought-provoking dance presentations of The Bang Group; or a vintage gem like Willy Russell's "Educating Rita" or Victor Bumbalo's "Niagara Falls," Quince is devoted to producing work that helps people to look at others in a new light and makes the connection between people more important than their differences.
